Treat Yourself End-of-Summer Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Treat Yourself End-of-Summer Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Balsam Creek Soap Co. ("Sponsor").

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 8, 2026, when the official Giveaway video is posted to the Sponsor's TikTok account, @balsamcreekscoops, and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period").

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees and owners of Balsam Creek Soap Co., as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements or who violates these Official Rules.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) One-Scoop Mystery Soap Box from Balsam Creek Soap Co., including shipping.

The prize has an approximate retail value of $75 or more, including the value of the products and shipping.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. How to Enter

There are three ways to receive entries:

A. TikTok Entry

During the Giveaway Period, entrants may visit the official Giveaway video on the Sponsor's TikTok account, @balsamcreekscoops, and:

• Follow @balsamcreekscoops;

• Like the official Giveaway video; and

• Comment on the Giveaway video with their favorite Balsam Creek Soap Co. product and tag one friend.

Each eligible comment constitutes one (1) entry, provided that the entrant has followed the Sponsor's TikTok account and liked the official Giveaway video.

An entrant may submit multiple eligible comments and receive multiple entries. However, each tagged friend must be unique for that entrant. An entrant may not tag the same friend more than once for additional entries.

Following the TikTok account and liking the Giveaway video do not constitute additional entries; they are eligibility requirements for the TikTok comment entries.

The Sponsor may verify compliance with these requirements before including an entry in the drawing.

B. Email Bonus Entry

An entrant may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by voluntarily signing up for Balsam Creek Soap Co.'s email marketing list through the Giveaway page on the Sponsor's website.

The email bonus entry is limited to one (1) per person. Email signup is not required to participate in the Giveaway.

By signing up for the email list, the entrant consents to receive marketing communications from Balsam Creek Soap Co. The entrant may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

C. Alternative Mail-In Entry

To enter without using TikTok or signing up for email marketing, an eligible entrant may submit one (1) mail-in entry.

To enter by mail, handwrite the following information on a 3" × 5" card:

• Full name

• Mailing address

• Phone number

• Email address, if available

Place the card in a properly addressed, stamped envelope and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2026 and received no later than September 4, 2026.

Each eligible person may submit one (1) mail-in entry. Mail-in entries do not require an email subscription and will not automatically subscribe the entrant to Balsam Creek Soap Co.'s marketing list.

6. Entry Requirements

Entries must be received or submitted according to the requirements and deadlines stated in these Official Rules.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, duplicated in violation of these rules, generated by automated means, or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, use fraudulent or automated means of entry, or otherwise interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and through the Alternative Mail-In Entry deadline.

Each eligible TikTok comment represents one entry. Each eligible email signup represents one bonus entry, and each eligible mail-in entry represents one entry.

The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or by a person designated by the Sponsor. The Sponsor intends to record and/or share a video of the random selection process for transparency.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by TikTok direct message and email, when an email address is available.

The potential winner must respond and accept the prize no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Time on September 7, 2026.

If the selected winner does not respond by the deadline, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and another potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The process may be repeated until an eligible, responding winner accepts the prize.

The winner will be publicly announced only after the winner has responded, been verified as eligible, and accepted the prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Balsam Creek Soap Co. to use the winner's name, TikTok username, likeness, and/or announcement of winning for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

The Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner's mailing address, phone number, or other private contact information.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding with respect to matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control interferes with the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; technical failures; network interruptions; or other problems that may prevent an entrant from participating.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Balsam Creek Soap Co. and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. TikTok Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.

Entrants release TikTok from any and all liability related to this Giveaway.

13. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and, where the entrant has separately consented to marketing communications, to send marketing communications from Balsam Creek Soap Co.

Information submitted through a mail-in entry will not automatically be added to the Sponsor's marketing list.

14. Sponsor's Decisions

The Sponsor's decisions regarding the interpretation and administration of these Official Rules and the Giveaway are final, except where prohibited by law.
